Location: London / Hybrid
We seek an experienced Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a Microsoft Gold Partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Provide expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
* Conduct training sessions and support end-users.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
