The role:
Coach and mentor individuals, teams, and leadership on agile best practices
Drive scaled agile adoption and embed SAFe principles across the organisation
Champion a culture of continuous improvement using data and metrics
Influence enterprise-wide agile transformation and delivery excellenceYour experience
Experience as an Agile Coach in a software delivery environment
Agile certifications such as (SAFe SPC, CSM, ICAgile, etc.)
Deep experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Strong communicator, motivator, and agile change agent
