The Role As a Senior / Lead Front-End Developer, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship, shaping scalable, high-performance applications that are critical to client success. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll drive innovation, influence best practices, and deliver solutions that make a real difference. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a talented team of developers. Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Collaborate closely with architects and teams to build scalable, secure solutions. Participate actively in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality, performant, accessible code. Stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture of continuous learning. Engage directly with clients, providing technical leadership and strategic advice. Your Skills and Experience Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Proven experience with Express.js and Nunjucks. Familiarity with the (url removed) Design System and CASA UI framework. Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL technologies. Knowledge of AWS cloud-native services (IAM, SQS, S3, Secrets Management, KMS). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git version control.
