Job Title: M365 Technical Specialist Location: Leeds (Hybrid) We are looking for an M365 Technical Specialist to join our digital workplace team. In this role, you will work closely with the operational business to support the Microsoft 365 platform. You will be responsible for M365 administration, assisting technical support teams, training end-users, and maintaining the environment to ensure availability, security, and optimal performance. We're looking for someone with: Deep knowledge of M365 technologies, with experience in at least two of the following: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI Strong understanding of SharePoint Online administration and permissions management Experience supporting Microsoft 365 at an enterprise level within a global IT team Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migration activities, including tools such as ShareGate and BitTitan A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving M365-related issues, including connectivity and mobility Ability to train and educate end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration toolsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation with ambitious growth plans.
