Must Have Skills:
- Intermediate to expert-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Microsoft 365 Cloud Security experience
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience delivering support and project-based work efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Foundational knowledge in networking, virtualisation, and traditional on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Management.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite and Sentinel.
- Insights into Cyber Essentials and CIS Benchmarks.
- Good working knowledge of artificial intelligence applications.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage cloud security best practices
* Implement solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
* Support customers with incidents relating to complex cloud issues
* Deliver cloud migration and transformation projects
* Deliver solutions and resolve problems within tight deadlines
* Identify sales opportunities and be rewarded
* Log your valuable time accurately using our next gen ITSM tool (HALO) so we can ensure our customers are getting value for money.
* Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve delivery knowledge and skills
* Provide high-quality documentation and customer training as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Cloud technologies are a plus.
- Prior experience working within a technical support or cloud engineering role.
