Oracle Implementation Consultant
Rate: Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 Months (Initial)
Location: UK-Based | Remote with On-Site Requirements as Needed
We’re looking for a skilled Oracle Implementation Consultant with proven experience in rostering and payroll to support a major transformation programme within the public sector. You’ll play a key role in modernising workforce and pay systems, ensuring solutions are efficient, compliant, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud modules, focusing on rostering and payroll configuration
*
Align system design with public sector policies, pay frameworks, and operational needs
*
Drive delivery across the full project lifecycle: requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live
*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Operations
*
Serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex needs into scalable system solutions
Essential Skills & Experience:
*
Demonstrable experience delivering Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud implementations within the public sector
*
Strong domain knowledge in payroll processing, payments systems, and workforce rostering
*
Understanding of public sector pay structures, compliance, and workforce scheduling policies
*
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and problem-solving skills
*
Able to work independently and in collaborative delivery environments
