Job Title: Solution Architect Job Type: Permanent Location: London/Hybrid (2 days in the office) Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 The Role: * Lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Power Platform, Field Service) * Advise clients on infrastructure, compliance, and integration strategies * Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, and developers to bring smart, scalable solutions to life * Drive data migrations, integrations, and technical design documentation * Support pre-sales with sharp demos and technical leadership Skills Needed: * 15+ years in Microsoft tech with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (4.0 → 365) * Strong .NET, C#, WCF/Web API, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server & SSRS * Power Platform & Azure Logic Apps know-how * Big-picture thinker with hands-on technical chops * Exceptional communicator who can lead from the front Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role.
