Job Title: Solution Engineer - Java Developer Location: London (Hybrid) Type: Contract We're looking for a Solution Engineer with strong Java development expertise to drive innovative, scalable technical solutions across a dynamic ecosystem. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-impact integrations and prototypes that support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical discussions with partners and assess integration feasibility Architect joint solutions and conduct technical audits Build applications, prototypes, and POCs Create enablement content: code samples, documentation, tutorials Provide ongoing support including bug resolution and performance optimization Influence API design and contribute feedback to product roadmaps Requirements: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 5+ years in web, software, or mobile app development Proficiency in Java and at least one of: JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs and web service consumption Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly desirable Background in small business or consumer finance is a plusThis is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
