SQL Developer * Salary – upto £40,000 * Start – ASAP My Stoke based client is currently looking to onboard a SQL Developer, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions that ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and performance of the data systems Key Skills: * Minimum 2 years of experience in developing scripts for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) mass data from diverse sources and formatting * 4+ years of experience with SQL Server and SQL database development; (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) * Understanding of Control flow tasks and Data Flow components * Understanding of Multidimensional and Tabular Models * Understanding of normalisation * Able to performance tuning especially tuning queries, procedure and indexing strategies * Knowledge of SQL transaction processing * Able to write stored procedures transactional systems and data modelling * Understanding primary and foreign key relations * Knowledge of exception handling * Great Data Modelling skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large volumes of data. * In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, backup, recovery, security and monitoring) * An ability to understand front-end user’s requirements and a problem-solving attitude * Ability to create technical documentation to explain the solution that was implemented
