Vivid's client in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced Housing Options Team Leader for 6 months, with the potential to be extended for a further 6 months. - Housing Options Team Leader - 6 months - Hybrid - East Midlands - £30-35 per hour - Start ASAP The Housing Options Team Leader will undertake the following duties: * Provide day to day direction and supervision of the Housing Options team assisting your members of staff with any queries they have * Provide an effective options-based service that seeks to prevent homelessness within the borough and maximise the range of housing choices available to applicants * Have up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law and other best practice to ensure S184 decisions are reached in an appropriate manner The Housing Options Team Leader will need to have experience in the following areas: * Experience of assisting the team manager in recruitment of staff * Experience of working in a busy customer-oriented environment * Experience of delivering excellent customer service and provide successful team management including target setting Vivid Resourcing are committed to equality of opportunity for all applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships or any other characteristic protected by law
