Project Director – Facade Remediation / Cladding Location: East London Salary: £85,000–£100,000 + Package Type: Permanent About the Company: We are a leading facades and cladding contractor, acting as Principal Contractor on major recladding and facade remediation schemes nationwide. Our expertise spans technical design, project management, and installation on complex façade projects, with values of up to £30m. We are known for delivering innovative, safe, and high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee a £30m+ facade remediation scheme in East London, delivered over multiple phases across 3 years. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will take full accountability for: * Leading all aspects of design, procurement, programme management, operations, and delivery * Managing client relationships and acting as the company’s senior representative * Driving commercial and technical decisions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality * Leading and mentoring the project team to ensure excellence, safety, and compliance Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience delivering major construction schemes (£30m+) * Strong expertise in facades, cladding, and fire safety * Excellent contractual, commercial, and technical acumen * Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, influencing stakeholders at all levels * Strong leadership and ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects over extended periods This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile, high-value project with a company at the forefront of facade and recladding solutions.
