Production Operatives Required We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing company. The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to accurately follow technical drawings and work instructions. This role involves standing for extended periods throughout the day, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. Previous experience within an engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or SMT (Surface Mount Technology) environment would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided, and experience is not essential. Key Requirements: * Excellent attention to detail * Good hand-eye coordination * Ability to follow precise drawings and instructions * Reliable and hardworking attitude * Good level of physical fitness * Previous engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or SMT experience (desirable but not essential) We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit different availability.
