Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new role? This is a great opportunity to join a leading supplier of machined parts to global Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 customers. The Role: This role involves the set up and operation of CNC milling machines. You’ll ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet industry standards and specifications. Responsibilities include: * Setting and operating of CNC Milling machines * Installing workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools * Production of high-quality detail parts * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications * Adherence to health and safety protocols * Adherence to specifications and quality standards The Candidate: * Experienced CNC setter operator * Knowledge of Heidenhain & Fanuc controls * Ability to set work shifts including 4th axis and Trunions * Ability to read and interpret drawings * Ability to resolve common CNC machine issues (tooling problems, etc) * Experience using measuring equipment * Understanding of Geometric dimensions and tolerances The Benefits: * £20.40 per hour including shift allowance, £39,249.60 per year * Double days, Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, Fridays 6am – 11am, 11am – 4pm * Overtime at time and a half * Company Pension * 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays * Cycle to Work Scheme * Enhanced Family Friendly benefits * Health care cash plan * DIS benefit * Onsite Free Parking If you are interested, please call Josh Hoyle on (phone number removed) or apply online * Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
