Carpenter - Guernsey needed * relocate Full Job Description2nd Fix Carpenters – x4 Required Project Details * Long-term project – 3 years * Monday to Friday (Saturdays available) * Up to 60 hours per week Pay & Hours * £26.50 per hour * Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours per day) ✅ What's Included * ✈️ First flight paid by the client * �� Shared accommodation provided (up to 4 people per house) * �� Pension scheme * �� 15 days paid holiday �� Key Responsibilities * Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry * Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery * Installing skirting boards, architraves and finishing carpentry works * Installing and suspending ceilings * Reading and working from drawings and specifications * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard * Following all health & safety requirements on site * Maintaining tools and equipment in safe working condition �� Requirements * ✅ Minimum 6 years' experience in 2nd fix carpentry * ✅ Valid CSCS Card (preferred)not needed * ✅ Valid DBS check * ✅ Proven experience carrying out high-quality 2nd fix works * ✅ Willingness to relocate/work away from home * ✅ Non-UK nationals must hold Settled or Pre-Settled Status ⭐ Ideal Candidate * Experienced in hanging doors, fitting skirting, suspended ceilings and all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry * High attention to detail and quality workmanship * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious * Committed to delivering work to a high standard �� To apply, please send your CV or contact us for further information
