Trainee Fabricator and labourers - Sandy Are you looking for your next opportunity and interested in learning a skilled trade? I recruiting on behalf of our client in Sandy for a Trainee Fabricator and a Labourer to join their growing team. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. No previous fabrication experience is required - full training will be provided. If you're practical, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you. What you'll be doing: Learning all aspects of manufacturing windows and doors Using a variety of hand tools and equipment Working as part of a busy production team Following quality and safety procedures What we're looking for: Confidence using hand tools or a willingness to learn A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including some lifting Reliability and flexibility to work overtime when required Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Weekend work available during busy periods Overtime opportunities available Pay: £12.71 per hour Location: Due to the location of the role, having your own transport would be advantageous.
