Site Supervisor – Heavy Civils / Bulk Earthworks Location: HS2, Aylesbury Duration: Long-term Start: Immediate / ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a major HS2 infrastructure project in Aylesbury. We’re looking for a proven civils supervisor with extensive bulk earthworks experience on major civils/infrastructure projects. The Role You will be responsible for supervising site activities across major earthworks and associated civils packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Requirements * Extensive bulk earthworks experience on major civils projects – essential * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within heavy civils * Gold CSCS Supervisor Card – essential * SSSTS – essential * CAT & Genny experience * Safety Critical Medical – essential * Strong understanding of RAMS, permits and site safety * Experience managing subcontractors and site teams * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Previous HS2 or major infrastructure experience highly desirable The Opportunity * Major HS2 infrastructure project * Long-term work in Aylesbury * Immediate requirement * Opportunity to work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects If you have strong bulk earthworks experience and hold the required tickets, please get in touch with your CV and availability
