About the Role
Together are looking for a caring and reliable Female Mental Health Community Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide emotional and practical support.
* Promote independence, wellbeing and dignity.
* Support individuals with appointments and community activities.
* Build positive and professional relationships.
* Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
* Record and report any concerns appropriately.
Requirements
* Previous experience in mental health, healthcare or social care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, reliable and professional.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. (Business insurance required)
* Willingness to travel across the South of the country
