* Monitoring changes in residents’ health and reporting concerns.
* Working with doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Keeping accurate care records and medication records.
* Responding to emergencies when needed.
* Supporting residents with conditions such as dementia, diabetes, epilepsy, or mobility problems.
* Making sure care is provided safely and according to care-home policies and healthcare standards
