D&B Project Manager – Fit Out & Refurbishment We’re currently working with an established D&B contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into their team as they continue to take on new work across London. The business delivers high-end commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £500k to £5m+, with a strong amount of repeat business and a growing order book. This is a hands-on PM role where you’ll have real ownership of your projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the site team, with responsibility for keeping projects commercially and operationally on track. The Opportunity * Manage multiple D&B commercial fit out and refurbishment projects * Project values typically up to £5m+ * Take ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality and delivery * Build strong relationships with clients and consultants * Be involved from pre-construction through to handover * Join a business with a strong pipeline of work already secured * Work alongside an experienced and established delivery team * Have the opportunity to make a real impact as the business continues to grow They’re looking for a confident, commercially aware PM with a strong D&B fit out background who enjoys taking ownership and being close to the projects.
