HIRING: Lead PMO Consultant (Account Setup) Seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to design, establish, and embed a centralized PMO function for a major Public Sector account. Overview Duration: 6 Months (ASAP Start) Clearance: Active SC Clearance RequiredKey Responsibilities Design, build, and embed a centralized PMO operating model, project lifecycles, and governance toolkits. Establish consistent change governance, oversight, and controls across all account projects. Provide portfolio-level visibility over delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource planning to senior stakeholders. Lead complex process improvements and upskill project delivery teams.Key Requirements Proven track record of setting up new PMO capabilities from scratch. Deep experience in program/change governance and delivery controls. Ability to operate credibly at senior levels and influence without formal authority. Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Desirable: PRINCE2/MSP/PMP and Public Sector experience.📩 Interested?
