Essential Skills & Experience * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor. * Strong background delivering electrical infrastructure projects. · Previous experience working within NHS or live healthcare environments. * Good working knowledge of NHS Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTMs), particularly those relating to electrical systems. * Excellent understanding of electrical distribution systems, substations, generators and critical power infrastructure. * Ability to manage multiple site teams simultaneously. * Experience coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. * Competent in planning works and managing project programmes. * Full UK driving licence. * Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations
