Hamilton Mayday is currently seeking experienced and passionate Chef de Partie professionals to join our team and work with a variety of prestigious clients across London, including:
* Private Members' Clubs.
* Conference and Event Venues.
* Hospitality and Contract Catering Operations.
* Schools and Educational Facilities (Enhanced DBS required)

Requirements:
* Previous Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Your own chef whites and knives.
* A valid DBS certificate.
* A strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
