Site Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project.
Site Manager Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day earthworks and civils activities.
* Lead site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors.
* Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
* Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
* Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and the Project Manager.
Site Manager Requirements
* Previous Site Manager experience on earthworks/civils projects.
* Gold CSCS card.
* SMSTS.
* First Aid qualification.
* Strong earthworks and civils background.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
