Role: Sr D365 SME (Sales and Marketing) Location: Reading, UK Type of role: Contract Work mode -Hybrid - 2- 3 Days onsite in a week JD: SSE is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 SME with deep expertise in D365 Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of leading similar business transformation initiatives. The SME would be expected to: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Demonstrate standard Dynamics 365 capabilities and showcase fit-to-standard approaches. * Share lessons learned and best practices from comparable D365 implementations. * Challenge unnecessary customization requests and promote maximum adoption of OOTB functionality. * Help business stakeholders understand what "good" looks like through industry-leading processes and operating models. * Facilitate workshops, guide business discussions, and advise on solution design decisions. * Act as a trusted advisor to both SSE and TCS teams, helping bridge the gap between business expectations and platform capabilities. * The ideal candidate should be an experienced D365 practitioner with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior business leaders and driving alignment around best-practice CRM processes, demonstrate how Standard OOTB workflows /approach can benefit business. * Provide overall Technical Assurance across Design/Architecture/Integration/Configuration/Customization/Test strategy and act as the technical authority for the program
