Role Overview We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives for a clean, well‑run, fast‑growing manufacturing site in Bridgend. You’ll join a supportive team with long‑term opportunities and structured training. Shift Options Choose the shift pattern that suits you: Shift 1 – 12‑hour Days & Nights Consistent long‑shift pattern. Shift 2 – Rotational Days, Afternoons & Nights Monday to Friday only — weekends off.
