Production Manager  Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Andover. This is a permanent, full time position.  Responsibilities as a Production Manager:  Overseeing manufacturing and production processes Creating and execute daily, weekly, monthly production schedules Procuring factory production equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance in liaison with maintenance engineer Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control Training and coaching Factory Operatives Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements Chair weekly operations meeting Liaise daily with admin team ref delivery issues Requirements for this position:  Minimum 5 years Production management experience SAP proficient  Excellent leaderships skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The Production Manager Role:  £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday – 8am – 2.30pm Monthly targeted bonus available 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown and an extra day off for your birthday  Bupa private medical after 6 months probationary period  If you are interested in this position, please apply below with an up to date CV or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps
