Electrical Project Manager
Oxford
CBS Recruitment are looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a long term commercial project in Oxford. This is a contract position with a BMS contractor that are delivering the full electrical and BMS package to a laboratory extension.
The successful Electrical Project Manager will have:
* A CSCS / ECS card (a SSSTS is prefered)
* Strong knowledge of Electrical and BMS systems.
* Proven success delivering full electrical packages to large scale commercial projects.
* Strong IT skills.
The successful Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Cost / budget management.
* Delivering progress reports.
* Ensuring the project stays on programme.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
* Liaising with clients and site management.
* Seeing the project through to final completion.
In return, the successful Electrical Project Manager will receive:
* £400 per day - negotiable.
* Paid Mileage.
* Potential of future projects.
