We're looking for an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own a busy public-sector bid pipeline across Ireland. This role requires someone who already understands public procurement and can deliver compliant, high-scoring submissions. What you'll do Spot and assess opportunities via portals incl. eTenders Lead bid/no-bid, strategy and win themes Manage bids end-to-end: docs review, writing, stakeholder input, pricing, submission, handover Run timelines, clarifications and final compliance checks Support frameworks (renewals/call-offs) and maintain bid library/pipeline Must-have (non-negotiable) Proven experience working with public-sector clients and producing public-sector tenders Strong knowledge of procurement rules, compliance and evaluation criteria Ireland public sector exposure (eTenders/OGP) highly preferred Nice to have Facilities services background (FM/cleaning/security/property) Strong commercial/pricing awareness; excellent writing and attention to detailApply via this advert or contact the agency for a confidential chat.
