Warehouse Operative – Permanent Position | £13.50ph + £20.25ph Overtime  Henstridge, Somerset  £13.50 per hour | Overtime £20.25 per hour  Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 4:30pm  Full-Time | Permanent Looking for a stable Monday–Friday job with excellent overtime earning potential? We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a successful global lawn fertiliser company based in Henstridge. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering great stability, a Monday-to-Friday working pattern and the chance to significantly increase your earnings during the company's busy season. Great earning potential You'll receive £13.50 per hour for your standard hours, with overtime paid at an impressive £20.25 per hour. From January to May, the business enters its busiest period and there is the opportunity to work extended hours, including 6:00am – 6:00pm, giving you the chance to maximise your earnings. What will you be doing? As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a busy industrial operation and your duties will include: Picking and packing products General warehouse duties Supporting production Preparing products for dispatch Moving and handling stock General production and warehouse tasks Helping to maintain a safe and organised working environment No two days need to be exactly the same, making this a great role for someone who enjoys being active and working as part of a team. Don't worry about the environment – PPE is provided Due to the nature of the products, the warehouse can be dusty and industrial.
