EHCP Assistant - Reading Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs and helping them access the support outlined in their EHCPs? A Secondary SEN School in Reading is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, SEN professionals, or Teachers. As an EHCP Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in line with their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Support students in accessing learning and developing confidence, independence, and communication skills. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students receive appropriate and consistent support. Monitor students' progress, engagement, wellbeing, and individual needs throughout the school day.We're looking for an EHCP Assistant who is: Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people with additional needs.
