Retail Facialist Salary: £28,000 per annum Location: Victoria, London Job Type: Open to Part-time or Full-time (includes weekend work) An established and highly respected medical clinical is seeking an experienced Skincare Specialist to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate skincare professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding client experiences while representing a premium brand. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist skin treatments Conduct scans and provide personalised skincare consultations. Lead product masterclasses and educate clients on effective skincare routines. Promote and retail the clinic's skincare range, alongside partner brands. Provide a first-class customer experience, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care for clientele. Ensure treatment rooms and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards at all times.The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience performing facials and skincare treatments within a retail, clinic, or luxury beauty environment. A Beauty Therapy Level 3 qualification. Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Confident in building rapport with clients and recommending suitable products and treatments.
