Air Conditioning Manager We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Manager to oversee the delivery, performance and technical management of air conditioning and HVAC services across a key client contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC/AC professional who is confident managing engineers, subcontractors, client relationships and technical compliance. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day delivery of air conditioning and HVAC services across the contract. * Lead and manage a team of AC/HVAC engineers and specialist subcontractors. * Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works. * Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. * Manage statutory compliance, technical standards and relevant legislation. * Monitor CAFM systems, ensuring maintenance records and job updates are accurate and up to date. * Manage subcontractors, including performance, quality, RAMS and compliance. * Act as the key technical point of contact for the client. * Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on service performance. * Manage budgets, quotations and additional works where required. * Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost efficiencies. * Ensure engineers have the appropriate training, qualifications and certification. * Support with technical projects, installations and lifecycle works. About You * Previous experience in an Air Conditioning Manager, HVAC Manager, AC Supervisor or similar role. * Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems. * Relevant AC/HVAC qualifications and F-Gas certification. * Experience managing engineers and subcontractors. * Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance. * Excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Strong organisational and commercial awareness. * Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy FM environment. Desirable * Experience within a commercial facilities management environment. * Experience working on large corporate or critical environments. * Electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge. * IOSH/NEBOSH or similar health & safety qualification. * Experience managing a team and client account. * Full UK driving licence
