ASD Specialists SEN School, Dudley Prospero are currently recruiting for 2 ASD Specialists to join a specialist SEN school in Dudley, supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs. You will work closely with pupils who require tailored support to access learning, develop communication and social skills, and build confidence and independence within a specialist school environment. Key Responsibilities: Working Full-time, 5 days a week Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD and complex needs. Implement individualised support strategies in line with pupils EHCPs. Support communication, emotional regulation, behaviour and social development. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, families and external professionals. Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Promote pupils independence, well-being and engagement in learning. Specification: We are looking for candidates with experience supporting children or young people with ASD and/or complex needs, ideally within an SEN or specialist education setting. The Ideal candidate: Patient, empathetic and resilient. Confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Able to build positive relationships with children and young people. A strong team player with excellent communication skills. Committed to supporting every pupil to achieve their potential.
