Location: Tower Hamlets Salary: £31 per hour Contract: Full Time Start Date: ASAP We are working with a Further Education college in Tower Hamlets seeking a confident and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to teach and assess BTEC Business programmes from Level 1–3. The Role Deliver engaging BTEC Business lessons to 14–19 and adult learners Plan, teach and assess across BTEC/RQF Business programmes Support students with progress, achievement and progression Provide tutorial and personal tutor support Monitor attendance, progress and achievement Provide effective feedback and maintain accurate assessment records Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance Promote an inclusive, supportive and safeguarding-focused learning environment What We're Looking For Recent BTEC Business teaching experience – essential Experience teaching Business within the BTEC/RQF framework Experience working with 14–19 learners, ideally within Further Education Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification Teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed, DET or equivalent Strong knowledge of assessment and student progress Excellent communication and classroom management skills Why Apply?
