We are currently recruiting for an exciting Assistant Manager opportunity with a premium customer service-led retailer in Dublin. Key Responsibilities * Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. * Lead, motivate and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. * Drive sales and commercial performance through strong KPI management. * Create a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships. * Coach team members to improve performance and develop their skills. * Support with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management. * Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards. * Assist with stock management, loss prevention and operational processes. * Deputise for the Store Manager when required.
