SME Recruitment Agency (Trafford) Recruitment Consultant – Built Environment & Social Housing Permanent | Full Time Based onsite in Urmston Uncapped commission + high-growth opportunity Join an Established Recruitment Section with Live Vacancies to Deliver This established recruitment agency is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a section covering Built Environment and Social Housing. * This is a warm, high-potential desk with live vacancies and established client relationships across the public and private sectors. * You’ll be joining an experienced team with existing demand, giving you the opportunity to develop your own desk while benefiting from the support, knowledge and client base of a long-established recruitment business. What You’ll Be Doing Develop Your Recruitment Desk * Work on live vacancies across Built Environment and Social Housing, supporting a broad range of professional and technical appointments. * Proactively source suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and the existing database. * Develop your understanding of the markets you recruit into and build strong specialist candidate networks. 360 Recruitment * Source, register and manage candidates across a range of Built Environment and Social Housing disciplines. * Build strong candidate pools through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals and regular candidate engagement. * Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to shortlisting, interview, offer and placement. Client Engagement * Work closely with existing clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality, timely recruitment solutions. * Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and new opportunities. * Handle vacancy briefings, candidate submissions, interviews, offers and ongoing service reviews professionally. Business Development & Desk Growth * Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients across Built Environment and Social Housing. * Identify new vacancies and opportunities through regular market engagement and business development activity. * Grow your desk over time with support from experienced colleagues and established company relationships
