Senior Cloud Systems Engineer Hampshire / Dorset Permanent | Hybrid £50,000 - £55,000 Are you a Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft infrastructure and cloud experience? We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a technically diverse environment, taking a leading role in the design, implementation and support of complex server and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on senior position where you'll combine technical engineering with project delivery, solution design and customer engagement. What you'll be doing Lead the technical delivery of complex infrastructure projects Design, implement and maintain Microsoft server and cloud solutions Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and scope technical solutions Produce high- and low-level technical designs, project documentation and implementation plans Provide technical input into estimates, Statements of Work and change requests Configure and deploy infrastructure in line with agreed designs Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical problem resolution Support live environments, including planned maintenance and incident resolution Manage service transition, documentation and knowledge transfer into support teams Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, processes and operational procedures Take ownership of technical tasks from initial scoping through to successful deliveryTechnical expertise we're looking for You'll ideally have 5+ years' experience in a senior infrastructure/systems engineering role, working with Microsoft technologies within complex enterprise environments.
