Field Service Engineer - Conveyors & Material Handling - UK wide - £40,000-£45,000 An established manufacturer of conveyor systems and material handling equipment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team, covering the UK. In this role you will service simple belt conveyors as well as fully automated production lines, offering solutions to meet customer requirements. The role is home based with the ideal candidate located in or around the Leeds area. The Package: Salary - £40,000-£45,000 Door-to-door pay Paid overtime Performance related bonus Company Van Pension scheme Responsibilities; Planned preventative maintenance and system inspections Mechanical, electrical and controls fault-finding Breakdown repairs and remedial work Producing service reports and recommendations Building strong relationships with customers Identifying opportunities for upgrades, spare parts and servicing Supporting quotations and updating the CRM Occasionally attending exhibitions and networking events Requirements: Strong mechanical and electrical engineering experience Previous field service or maintenance experience 18th Edition qualification & ECS Card Full UK driving licence Conveyor or warehouse automation experience Interroll equipment knowledge would be highly advantageous PLC and controls experience WR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
