Cleaner Location: London Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: £12.71 per hour About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness within supported housing and residential accommodation settings across London. The successful candidate will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain communal areas, offices, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other designated spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces to a high standard. Empty bins and dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required. Report maintenance issues, hazards, and health and safety concerns. Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.Requirements Essential Previous cleaning experience. Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Strong communication skills. Right to work in the UK.Desirable Experience cleaning in residential, hostel, supported housing, healthcare, or social care environments. Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning products. Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards. Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures in the workplace. Ability to identify and report maintenance issues. Experience working with vulnerable adults or diverse communities. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required
