Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Oxford Circus, London – £48,000 CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work within a commercial building in Oxford Circus, London. The successful candidate will join an established 4-man engineering team and will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical and general building maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,000, plenty of overtime, further training and excellent opportunities for career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of up to £48,000 1 in 4 call out  Plenty of overtime 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days plus bank holidays Company Pension Scheme Private healthcare Excellent career progression opportunitiesHours of Work Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pmKey Duties & Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the building Carry out fault finding and repairs on electrical systems Electrical testing and inspection Lighting and emergency lighting maintenance Small power and socket repairs Basic electrical installations and remedial works Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment Respond to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests Monitor the BMS systems Carry out basic mechanical and plumbing duties where required General building fabric maintenance Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors Work collaboratively as part of a 4-man engineering team Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in line with company and site procedures Maintain accurate records of maintenance and remedial worksRequirements Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent (Essential) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Previous experience working within a commercial FM environment Multi-skilled with a good understanding of general building services Good communication skills Client-facing experiencePlease send your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role
