Supervising Social Worker Position: Supervising Social Worker Location: Harrow Salary: Competitive Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you a passionate and committed Social Worker looking to make a real impact in fostering? Our client is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their dedicated fostering team, where children and foster families are at the heart of everything they do. You will support a small caseload of foster carers, helping them provide safe, stable and loving homes for children. What you will do: * Offer regular supervision and support to foster carers. * Ensure placements are safe, stable and meet children’s needs. * Complete assessments and reports, including Form F assessments. * Liaise with local authorities and attend reviews and planning meetings. * Contribute to foster carer training and development. What our client is looking for: * Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England). * Minimum 3 years of experience in children’s services, ideally fostering or LAC. * Excellent communication, report writing and organisational skills. * A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
