Job Title: Demolition Operative (CCDO) Location: Nationwide (UK Travel Required) Salary: Negotiable Job Type: Full time, Permanent. Overview: M & M Demolition is looking for motivated and reliable CCDO Demolition Operatives to join our growing workforce for both large-scale commercial demolition and specialist strip-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Execution: Carry out all demolition works in a safe and efficient manner. Demolition Tasks: Perform soft strip and structural demolition as directed. Equipment Use: Safely use a variety of hand-held demolition equipment. Support: Provide assistance to machine operators on site. Material Handling: Segregate and process various demolition materials to maximize recycling and efficiency. Safety Standards: Maintain safe housekeeping at all times to keep the site tidy. Procedures: Strictly follow all company RAMS and site procedures. Teamwork: Work as part of a professional demolition team to ensure project success.Requirements: Essential: CCDO Demolition Operative Card, CSCS Health, Safety & Environment Test, sound understanding of demolition safety, a reliable and hardworking attitude, and a willingness to travel.
