Site Manager - Birmingham Location: Central Birmingham - parking on offer  Pay Rate: £240 per day Duration: 3 weeks Start Date: Tuesday 15th September End Date: Friday 2nd October Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a short-term commercial refurbishment project in Birmingham. The Project The project is being carried out within a tenanted office environment, with the client having acquired the adjoining office space. The works will involve creating new meeting rooms and partition walls, alongside M&E alterations and air-conditioning works within the basement. The Role We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is comfortable working in a live office environment and willing to get involved where required. The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment / Cat B projects Experience working in a live/tenanted office environment Strong communication and presentation skills A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to muck in and assist with labouring when required Knowledge of Procore would be advantageous The ability to maintain a professional and presentable site while the surrounding office remains occupied Required Tickets SMSTS First Aid Asbestos Awareness CSCS Black Card - ideal but not essential If you're an experienced Site Manager available for the dates above and have a strong commercial refurbishment background, we'd like to hear from you
