This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, customer service, employability, careers guidance, sales or learner engagement who enjoys working with people and making a genuine difference to their future career prospects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting prospective learners from initial enquiry through to enrolment, providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and ensuring they are matched to the right programme first time. Key Responsibilities •    Interview and assess prospective learners •    Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) •    Manage learner onboarding and enrolment processes •    Complete eligibility and funding compliance checks •    Support Maths and English initial assessments •    Maintain accurate learner records and reporting •    Attend careers fairs and recruitment events •    Build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders •    Support achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets What We're Looking For •    Experience within recruitment, interviewing, customer service, employability or similar people-focused environments •    Experience within education, apprenticeships, training or careers advice would be advantageous •    Strong communication and relationship-building skills •    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail •    Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office •    GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) •    Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Interested?
