Are you a qualified Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can work on a genuinely interesting and varied caseload, while developing your expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work?  This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm.  The Role You will manage a varied Private Client caseload covering Wills, Probate, estate administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and estate planning, alongside supporting on high-value Court of Protection matters. You will work closely with clients, providing clear and empathetic advice while managing your own caseload and deadlines. What they are looking for Qualified Solicitor with solid Wills & Probate / Private Client experience Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and estate administration Excellent communication and client care skills Confident dealing with vulnerable clients and sensitive circumstances Able to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience of contentious Probate would be an advantage What's on Offer?
