Business Development Manager  Salary £55k Plus Commission and Bonus  North, South and London  Full time | Permanent | 8am -5pm  Are you a motivated sales professional?  Are you used to winning new business and building strong customer relationships?  Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The main purpose of this Business Development Manager  role is to be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships and delivering an annual sales budget of £750,000. This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited to an individual who is passionate about sales, building relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. You will be expected to manage the full sales process from prospecting and initial contact through to negotiation, winning the business and developing the customer relationship In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £55k Plus Commission and Bonus P/A Company benefits also include: Company Car or Car incentive  Comany laptop, mobile phone  20 Days holiday  Company Pension This role is full-time and permanent The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5pm  Your responsibilities will include: Take ownership of delivering the £750,000 annual sales budget Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agreed territory and market. Proactively prospect for new customers through telephone, email, networking, referrals, appointments and other appropriate channels Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline. Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional sales and services Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and influencers. Maintain sufficient pipeline coverage to support consistent target achievement Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations The ideal candidate: Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets. Strong new business development and prospecting skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
