Production Operative Location: Appleton Thorn- WA16 Pay Rate: £14.11 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm * Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm * Early finish every Friday! About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Appleton Thorn. Key Responsibilities * Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery following training * Assisting with production and assembly processes * Carrying out quality checks on finished products * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Following all health and safety procedures * Supporting the wider production team as required * Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors Requirements * Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is advantageous but not essential * Candidates with no direct experience will be considered if they have a genuine interest in manufacturing and are eager to learn * Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic * Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * Due to the location of the site, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive Benefits * £14.11 per hour * Full training provided * 39-hour working week * Early finish every Friday * Opportunity to develop manufacturing and machine operating skills * Potential for long-term career development If you're looking for an opportunity to build a career in manufacturing, with full training and ongoing support, we'd love to hear from you
