Senior Site Manager – Maidstone
£1m CAT B Fit-Out | 12 Week Project
Our client is a well-established D&B fit-out contractor delivering commercial office projects across London and the surrounding areas.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for a £1m CAT B fit-out project in Maidstone.
The role will involve managing the site day to day, coordinating subcontractors, keeping the programme on track and ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard and on time.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
* Strong CAT A / CAT B experience
* Experience managing projects around £1m
* Good knowledge of health & safety and site management
* Strong communication and organisational skills
