Great opportunity to build a career in healthcare sales Field-based position covering the Midlands £30,000-£32,000 basic salary + £11,800 OTE £500 monthly car allowance THE ROLE This specialist healthcare organisation, operating within wound care and infection prevention, is seeking to recruit a Sales Associate to join their field-based Midlands sales team. This is the ideal way into medical sales! You'll get to work closely with your two (more experienced) Territory Manager colleagues and help to manage and grow their business within the East and West Midlands within both hospital and community settings. The role will involve supporting local account plans, helping secure and maintain formulary positions and developing relationships with healthcare professionals. You'll also be responsible for delivering agreed sales, market share and activity objectives across your territory. This is a predominantly field-based position, with approximately 3-4 days each week spent visiting customers throughout the region. There will also be some national travel for internal meetings and conferences. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Either some medical sales experience OR business to business sales experience and a desire to move into medical sales A relevant clinical background and seeking a new challenge A medical or scientific degree and wanting to get into sales Confident communicator with the ability to establish strong customer relationships Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points THE PACKAGE £30,000-£32,000 basic salary £11,800 OTE £500 monthly car allowance Pension 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Company laptop and mobile phone Ongoing training and development Employee Assistance Programme and lifestyle benefits Access to an online GP service THE COMPANY The business operates within the healthcare sector, providing products focused on wound management and infection prevention, with a strong emphasis on improving patient care and supporting healthcare professionals.
