YARD OPERATIVE – 5 DAYS Location: Bristol Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 Join Our Team – Yard Operative We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Yard Operatives to join our team in Bristol. This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and being part of a busy operational environment. Key Responsibilities * Safely drive and move vehicles around the site * Position vehicles correctly within the yard * Assist with daily vehicle movements * Carry out basic vehicle checks * Jump-start vehicles when required – full training provided * Identify and report vehicle issues * Support other departments when required * Help maintain a clean, safe and organised yard * Follow site health & safety procedures * Work efficiently and at pace About You * Full, clean UK Driving Licence – essential * Safe and confident driver * Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles * Previous yard, vehicle or logistics experience is desirable * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Happy working outdoors in all weather conditions * Able to follow instructions and work at pace * Good communication skills * Flexible and willing to support the wider team * Comfortable with an active, hands-on role Full training will be provided – previous yard experience is not essential.
